Police charge suspect for US missionaries’ murder

The police have made a breakthrough in the murder investigations of the two US missionaries killed in St Mary.

According to the police high command, a suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with the murder of the US missionaries. Cops also announced the manhunt for second man.

The suspect charged has identified as Andre Thomas, while the second suspect being sought was identified as Dwight Henry.

The pair are accused of murdering 53-year-old Harold Nichols and 48-year-old Randy Hentzel, two US missionaries conducting charitable works within the parish.

Police say the second suspect should turn himself in to police custody by 6pm Friday evening.

News of of the breakthrough was revealed at a press conference at the Police Commissioner’s Office in St Andrew on Thursday.
